Our son and his 2 friends, who live in Denver, ran the Sangre de Cristo 50 mile race and this was a perfect spot that wasn’t too far from the trailhead. The location is great and close to town and hiking in the mountains. The views are crazy beautiful and the backyard is a bonus space! The house had everything we needed and more.
